The Pond Play Mat has a beautiful pond surrounded by rocks and flowers, with an amazing reflection in the water. It was designed to go with our Frog Life Cycle blocks and Duck Family blocks, but could be used with many of our other block sets as well. The colors are vibrant and bright, perfect for spring and summer play setups.
 
The Pond Play Mat is our mini size, which is 14x12 inches, and is made of a non-slip neoprene material similar to a mouse pad or wet suit. Easy for little ones to use, as it won't slide around like a laminated sheet might. It has a smooth surface with a crisp image, and easily rolls up like a poster for storage.
 
Add some blocks and you're ready for play-based learning! Use the mat as a small world background, use it for bookish play and storytelling, use it for homeschool studies on the pond habitat, etc.
