The Ocean Play Mat is our mini size, which is 14x12 inches, and is made of a non-slip neoprene material similar to a mouse pad or wet suit. Easy for little ones to use, as it won't slide around like a laminated sheet might. It has a smooth surface with a crisp image, and easily rolls up like a poster for storage.
 
Add some blocks and you're ready for play-based learning! Use the mat as a small world background, use it for bookish play and storytelling, use it for homeschool studies on the ocean habitat, etc.
